Enrolment and Fees
Priority of access for places is given to siblings of users, CIT students and staff. Other places are available to community users, if not filled by the above priorities.
Parents need to complete and sign a waiting list form in order to join the Centre’s waiting list. These forms are kept and are referred to in the event of a vacancy. If we have had no contact from parents within 6 months the child’s name is removed from the waiting list.
To inspect the Centre, please contact us to arrange a time, which will be between 9:30 and 10:30 am.
Once a place has been offered, families are invited to visit the Centre in order to get to know the carers in your child's room. We invite parents to spend time in their child’s room getting to know routines and children which makes first days a little easier for everyone.
The Centre is open from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, for 50 weeks per year and fees are payable for all times booked, including public holidays and any holidays you may take.
The Centre closes on public holidays and for two weeks during the Christmas holidays.
For new enrolments, the Centre offers care for five, three or two successive days a week. Care is not be available for four days or one day a week, and isnot be available for two more days with an intervening break (non-successive days).
Fees are paid two weeks in advance. A late fee does apply to fees that are not paid on time. Two weeks notice must be given when ceasing care.
